We have access to professional voice talent and we have extensive experience in localization and translation efforts for learning projects.
Each candidate goes through an extensive interviewing process that includes a number of standard tests that are applicable for the skills they will deliver. We also look at your specific requirements and match them with the qualifications of each individual contributor:
Instructional Designers
- Instructional designers prove their abilities during the in-office pre-screening processes by working through real-world learning scenarios and actually creating sample deliverables.
Courseware Developers
- Courseware developers prove their abilities during the in-office pre-screening process by developing sample lessons within a given timeframe. We can also use your programming standards and/or code to assess potential candidates. Our courseware developers typically skilled in such tools as: Flash, Dreamweaver, Captivate, Authorware, Connect (Breeze), or Silverlight.
Creative Graphic Artists and User Interface Designers
- Creative resources prove their abilities by creating high-quality samples during the in-office pre-screening process. The graphical style and techniques used vary with each artist. An artist’s skills should align with your overall courseware design and corporate standards. Our artists and designers are typically skilled in such tools as: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere.
Specialized Courseware Programmers
- Programmers prove themselves during the in-office pre-screen process by reviewing a specification and then accurately coding to spec within a given timeframe. We also evaluate their LMS/LCMS and SCORM experience and evaluate their skill levels with various databases and tools.
Desktop Publishers
- Desktop publishers must prove their abilities by formatting and/or writing learning content during MediaPro’s in-office pre-screen and interview processes. We also look for talent that can use the software standard in place within your organization (i.e. InDesign, Word, RoboHelp, FrameMaker, etc.) and adhere to any established templates and other organizational standards.
Technical Writers and Editors
- Technical writers and editors must prove their abilities by writing and editing learning content during MediaPro’s in-office pre-screen and interview processes. We also look to present candidates that have previous, or similar, work experience in the technical material being authored.
Translation and Localization Experts
- We have established relationships with pre-screened translation and localization partners. These companies have experience in working with learning content have proven processes and the skills needed to complete an accurate and timely translation and/or localization effort.
Voice and Video Talent
- We have established relationships with several recording studios and have a stable of pre-screened voice and video talent (ask to hear samples). These individuals have experience in working with a variety of learning content (soft and hard skills) and have been in the area for many years (making future updates easy).
